Evolution of Health advice, Trust, and the De Becker Code

Today, many people believe that we all have more awareness of health than ever before.  Product marketing has convinced the general public to consume healthier things.  Though corporate revenue is the main driving force behind this awareness, we now have another weight offsetting the balance of an old paradigm - a paradigm that used to leave your lifespan in the hands of the medical profession almost entirely.

Less than half a century ago, a healthy lifestyle was heavily weighted towards the medical profession. There were few people to profess preventative health as a way to a longer healthier life.  In general they were considered a bit of a freak group who restricted their modern living to a few simple ingredients.  “Nothing artificial”, “no additives”, “natural” , “no preservatives”, etc. was the rare subculture of health frantic / health freaks.

Any author or doctor that promoted supplements, or diets, were frowned upon as not being scientific.  The general public however, continued to eat their modern diet and eventually this became known as the SAD diet- the Standard American Diet,

These same people followed the only dietary advice that had been offered to combat the primary killer - Cardiovascular Disease.  The advice?  No cholesterol, and no fat.  “Nonfat” and “low cholesterol” entered the consumer market as being the one sure way to help you live longer.

Terms like organic, no artificial flavors, no artificial colors, and no preservatives were seen as indicators of a hyper paranoid group of people.  Back then, anyone with any sense got vaccinated and ate according to their doctors only advice which was low cholesterol and low fat.  In 1999 a breaking Lancet/or BMJ study validated all the studies that had been done for 20 years before their formal announcement that they(the medical community) had been wrong, and encouraged doctors and hospitals to apologize to their clients and patients..  Low Fat and Low Cholesterol was in fact bad advice to increase health span and lifespan for most people - and they had known about it for 20 years.

20 years after that publication (in one of the most respected and referred upon medical journal) many doctors were still telling their patients to eat low cholesterol and low fat.  Over that 20 years people became a little more weary about modern medicine.  Simple problems like digestion and stress-related issues that affected immune system modulation and sleep, apparently were uncurable.  Billions of dollars went into medicines and studies promoting more vaccinations and experimental drugs.  Television and cable had ads promoting pharmaceutical drugs that had a comical amount of potential side effects.  More and more people began questioning this and the general working family began seeking advice elsewhere.  Help from traditional Chinese Medicine, Herbalists, Naturopaths, and revenue from the supplement market skyrocketed.  Eventually Ayurveda came into the scene as a new conjunct to yoga and a healthy life.  Meditation, tai chi, etc. became household words in the U.S…

Due to the revenue behind these natural preventative options, suggestions that these would cure all the main health problems of living became more common - problems that were out of the domain of doctors in general.  Unfortunately, these had less restrictions and became a new source of unhelpful and even harmful advice.  Modern allopaths quickly saw it as a point of criticism and several governments began having strict laws restricting supplement use without a prescription from a doctor of modern medicine.

The “natural” path became riddled with general reasons for everyones sickness, and people began spending their money on preventative health instead of waiting to be sick.  Cleanses, detoxes, herbs, supplements, and an attitude of expertise complicated many peoples health condition, in addition to saving many people from hospital visits.  Those health fanatics that ended up in the modern doctor’s office was what was seen by modern allopaths, and gave a very consistent picture of the ineffectiveness of the naturalist’s claims.  For those that had a positive response from the collective advice of their natural health community, the feedback was strong enough to fuel a campaign that encouraged even more people.

The dollars followed.  Revenue from supplements and superfoods skyrocketed.  Cleanses became a household word, and people in general became more divided about their ideas about what caused disease and what could be avoided.  Of course most of this was not based on any science, and there were and are many fallacies that run through these circles; thanks primarily to the confidence instilled by the marketing of the products.  Many natural and holistic clinics had almost zero science  behind it and the Naturopathic colleges were required to be licensed, closing almost every single naturopathic college in the U.S..

Traditional Medicine, much older and more experienced than modern allopathic medicine, became inspired by what had seen an increase in the popularity and acceptance of Acupuncture in the modern world.  Many scientific studies began being produced that validated the effectiveness of Chinese herbalism and acupuncture for certain conditions.  However Chinese medicine as a whole had areas of treatments and diagnostics outside of the capacity for modern studies to validate.  Systems like Ayurveda, Unani and the incredible integrative system of Sowa Rigpa, began to be options for health and healing.  Advice that had worked for thousands of years that got results for degenerative diseases, sleep disorders, and in particular digestive disorders.  All challenges that modern medicine had not been able to tackle.  Together with Naturopathic and other holistic clinics, people were finding a solution to the most basic and most prevalent health issues.

With the dawning of the plandemic and the many exposes which surfaced after three years of the general public following orders of an international conspiracy, the trust in modern medicine for disease prevention almost completely faded away.  The 93 vaccines recommended last year for a newborn is less popular than going to jail for most parents nowadays.  Statistics of what kills people in hospitals, and many other facts of our modern medical organization, has left most with a huge impact on the accountability of one’s diet and lifestyle and the connection with many diseases.  The advice however, is far from being agreed upon.

Many Natural and self educated health coaches and holistic health providers, lack the knowledge that traditional medicines have refined - literally refined - over thousands of years without interruption.  Many functional medical doctors do not even know how supplements/nutraceuticals effect the body systemically, and simply diagnose deficiencies to understand what is appropriate.  This doesnt work very well.  It is a one size fits all approach for complex issues - simply based on a measurement on the blood, the hair, the stool or the urine.  The complex effects of stress, accidents, unusual traumas, and the compensatory ability of the body, are usually out of the box - making these attempts to help people expensive and often ineffective.

Today, it is important that alternative practitioners of healing arts understand some basics.  Repair of systems as a preventative means to health must include that knowledge that has thousands of years of repeatable, predictable results and reliable treatments.

Programs as given by the DeBecker Code, take into consideration the science of biomarkers and bio terrain assessment when utilizing the integrated system of Sowa Rigpa, the Tibetan medicine system used throughout Asia that integrates Chinese, Greek-Egyptian, and Indian (Ayurveda and Siddhas) medicine systems.

This program coupled with the many natural and holistic treatments for extreme parasites, the detoxification of toxins such as heavy metals forms a unique way to empower people with solid information backed by science and consistent time tested empirical evidence.   The skills they master allows them to think for themselves with the information needed to make an educated decision about their preferred supplements, herbs, and even diets.  It even gives them a way to understand the side effects of over the counter pharmaceuticals that could predictably worsen their specific health condition, even though they might normally be considered safe.
